Yes. APG provides mobile service at homes and workplaces. Repairs that need a vehicle lift can also be scheduled at our shop in the Frederick area. Share your vehicle, location, and service needs so we can recommend the right option.
Is roadside assistance available after hours?
Yes. APG offers 24/7 roadside assistance for jump starts, fuel delivery, flat tires, and vehicle lockouts. Call or text with your location and vehicle details.
Are the prices on the site final?
No. They are starting prices for the listed work only. Parts and any applicable travel or service-call fees are not included and will be added to your confirmed quote.
How is the travel fee calculated?
Calculated at $0.75 per mile for round-trip travel from our service base to your location and back, with a $25 minimum. The $25 minimum applies once to the whole trip. For example, a location 20 miles away is 40 miles round trip, for a $30 travel fee. Your exact travel fee is quoted before booking, payable before dispatch, and nonrefundable.
Can my diagnostic fee be applied toward repairs?
Your $100 diagnostic fee can be credited toward your total repair cost within 30 days. The travel fee is separate and remains nonrefundable.
